Location: We are located in the leisure centre building in the Arklow Bay
Parking: There is free parking right outside our door
Appointments: Appointment Duration will depend on appointment booked. Some appointments include a consultation time. Please note that credit card details will be required when booking any treatment over one hour. 50% will be charge which is fully refundable if we receive a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation 48hours are required for any treatment over 2 hours.
Cancellation: Unfortunately less than 24 hours notice when cancelling a 1 hour and 48 hours when cancelling any treatments over 2 hours will result in a 50% charge for that treatment
Late Arrivals: Kindly arrive 15 minutes, this will allow you to begin your tranquil experience in our relaxation area. Please note that late arrivals treatment time will be reduced accordingly
Children: Unfortunately children under 16 are not permitted into the spa, it is possible for children over 16 to have treatments with parental consent
Terms of Trading: All treatment prices are inclusive of VAT. Gift vouchers are only valid for 6 months and are not exchangeable for cash. We regret lost gift vouchers can not be replace
